1. Checking Order Status

Standard ground orders typically ship within 72 hours from the time they are received, pending availability and credit card verification.

4. Sales Tax
Malagana Design is based in Colombia and we do not charge sales tax to orders in the United States. Import fees and VAT apply to other countries. 
5. How do I receive Web Promotions or Special Offers?
To receive special offers and be notified about sales, join the mailing list. Simply click the ‘Sign up for our Newsletter’ link. Enter your email address and click the “Send” button.
6. Using a Promotional Code
From time to time we have special offers that can be applied to your order by using a promotional code. In order to take advantage of these promotions, you must enter the promotional code in the space provided on the Shopping Cart page and click the ‘Check Out’ button. The value of the promotion will be applied to your order at checkout and will not appear on a line item basis.

9. Refusal of Delivery
If you refuse delivery of any order placed, it will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise, but the shipping charges are non-refundable.

Repairs and Return Policy

10. Repairs
If you have purchased a piece of Malagana Design furniture on and it has broken due to a manufacturer's defect, we will repair it at no cost within two years of the date of purchase. Please note that scratches, dents and cracks sustained while assembling the furniture piece (or damages created by not following the instructions manual) are not considered damages and are not eligible for refund or exchange. 
Email us at for instructions on how to proceed. We will provide an RA# and our mailing address for you to return the item. All repairs are subject to shipping charges. Items purchased outside the two year window will be subject to a repair fee.
11. Return Policy will accept returns within 3 days of receipt of goods in the United Stats only. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on returned orders. Sales in all other countries are final. 
Shipping charges are not refunded on returned items unless we have made a shipping error.
All returns require a Return Authorization # (RA#). 
Items must be in new, unused and resalable condition and they must be returned in their original packaging. 
Malagana Design reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable.
Items marked SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
12. Damages
If you receive a damaged part, it may be replaced for another part. 
Upon receipt, please inspect your package and notify us of any damage or defect within 3 days for a refund or exchange.

13. Purchased from Another Retailer
Items purchased at any store selling Malagana Design’s merchandise may not be returned to Please refer to the store’s return or repair policy, and contact them directly. They will be able to assist you with your return or repair.
14. Price Adjustments
Malagana Design will honor a price adjustment for any item marked down on within 10 days of the shipment date of your original order. To receive a price adjustment, please contact Malaganadesign Design at and refer to the order number found on your packing slip or order confirmation email. Some promotions may be excluded.
15. Care Instructions
Always maintain at room temperature and out of humid or wet environments.
Place away from heating or air conditioning vents.
Keep out of direct sunlight, it WILL affect the natural wood veneer.
Wood veneer is also very sensitive to water and liquids. If wet, dry immediately.
Clean with a damp cloth followed by a dry cloth. If necessary, use a mild soap solution. Do not apply the solution directly to the furniture piece.
