1. Checking Order Status
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received.
Standard ground orders typically ship within 72 hours from the time they are received, pending availability and credit card verification.
In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped, which will include the Fedex tracking number for your package.
Upon receiving your Shipping confirmation email from us, you may go to Fedex to verify the status of your shipped order, at Fedex.com
Once an order has shipped we are unable to change or cancel the order.

3. Payment Methods
Malaganadesign.com accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Visa and MasterCard and we also accept payments via PayPal. Malaganadesign.com does not accept checks, cash, or money orders.
4. Sales Tax
Malagana Design is based in Colombia and we do not charge sales tax to orders in the United States. Import fees and VAT apply to other countries.
5. How do I receive Web Promotions or Special Offers?
To receive special offers and be notified about sales, join the malaganadesign.com mailing list. Simply click the ‘Sign up for our Newsletter’ link. Enter your email address and click the “Send” button.
6. Using a Promotional Code
From time to time we have special offers that can be applied to your order by using a promotional code. In order to take advantage of these promotions, you must enter the promotional code in the space provided on the Shopping Cart page and click the ‘Check Out’ button. The value of the promotion will be applied to your order at checkout and will not appear on a line item basis.

Malaganadesign.com currently offers shipping via Fedex and/or UPS.
8. Processing Times
Standard ground orders typically ship within 72 hours from the time they begin processing, pending availability and credit card verification.
Malagana Design will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.
9. Refusal of Delivery
If you refuse delivery of any order placed, it will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise, but the shipping charges are non-refundable.
